Health is Wealth!
The topmost system in our body is the digestive system, the smooth functioning of this system will have an impact on the health of the body organs, the heart, the lungs, the liver,the kidneys and the blood circulatory system!
Tib is directly linked with the Sunnah of Nabi SAW who advised the asha^ab (companions) to take care of their health!
As said,
'A strong Momin is more productive than a weak momin "
Working on these lines, we must probe into body requirements and act accordingly.
Dua is the key factor, along with Quranic recitation. (Combine all three...Good eating habits ,dua and Quranic Surahs recitation.)
Always pray for a^afiat, for Allah SWT has given illnesses as a test and provided cures, too.
The basic principle behind good health habits is.
'Eat and drink but.do not cross limits!'
Eat a balanced diet, in moderation! Over eating brings hardness in heart, selfishness and eventually loss of peace of mind.
Our Nabi SAW enjoyed shoulder meat of mutton.,and recommended soft meal such as 'hareera', especially in times of bereavement.This impacts the sorrow and depression.eases out the suffering.
The body exists under three states..a healthy state, an unhealthy state and a state in between the two.
Prevention is better than Cure!
This saying highlights the need to select proper food items which are tayyab and babarkat! Thus, building a strong immune system which in turn brings a freshness on the face. The whole body vibrates with inner glow and strength!
The food Combinations recommended!
* dates and cucumber
The food items not recommended.
*fish and milk
*sour items and milk
*cool and warm affect items
*sticky(laysedar) and thick(ghari) items
* milk and egg/meat combination.
Nabi SAW advised eating dinner.
And walking after meals.
