Tib e Nabvi (The Gut Health)

 As we continue to highlight the adverse effects of neglecting the gut health, we must be mindful of the repercussions of this on our body parts..in the form  of Psoriasis, eczema which do not heal, easily.    Tib e Nabvi recommends the use of honey which has an anti inflammatory quality.  Prepare a drink by adding, honey ( 1teaspoon) in water , some ginger slices, mint leaves and turmeric with black pepper.  Regular use of honey drink gives a natural glow to the face.  Honey has other benefits  too. Can curb diarrhoea , throat infection, constipation.       As per hadith,  Nabi SAW advised, use of honey to a person suffering from loose motions (diarrhoea)... This did not work for 4-5 days, however,  our Nabi insisted to continue with it till  he got well.   On this, our Nabi SAW said,      'How can a cure go wrong, when recommended by, Allah SWT, himself. ' N.B  Initial dosage removed...

Health is Wealth!

 The topmost system in our body is the digestive system,  the smooth functioning of this system will have an impact on the health of the body organs, the heart, the lungs, the liver,the kidneys and the blood circulatory system! Tib is directly linked with the Sunnah of Nabi SAW who advised the asha^ab (companions) to take care of their health! As said,     'A strong Momin is more productive than a weak momin " Working on these lines, we must probe into body requirements and act accordingly.  Dua is the key factor, along with Quranic recitation. (Combine all three...Good eating habits ,dua and Quranic Surahs recitation.) Always pray for a^afiat, for Allah SWT has given illnesses as a test  and provided cures, too. The basic principle behind good health habits is.    'Eat and drink but.do not cross limits!' Eat a balanced diet, in moderation! What's Qaylula!

 Qaylula is a Sunnah of Nabi SAW.  It means, taking rest in the afternoon, after lunch.  The duration of rest/nap can vary from 10 to 60 minutes . Reference: Surah Al Nur, ayat 58. Surah Al Furqhan,ayat 24.  As per hadith, take rest for sometime, after lunch, even if you have had 2 mouthful of food. (Shayatin do not rest for Qaylula.  Benefit.  It refreshes you and gives you energy for the tasks ahead!

The Value of Ahadith! As per Surah An Nisa '....listening to our Nabi SAW is a sign of accepting Allah's commands.

 With reference to Surah An'nisa, Ayat 80. Listening to Nabi SAW indicates our will to follow the commands of Allah SWT.  Islam is a complete code of life in comparison with Judaism and Christianity, as Quran guides us about all aspects of life.  The Quranic teachings are elaborated through ahadith which encompass all society matters such as businesses, buying, selling, marriages, divorces, teaching/learning,  family and wirasat laws. etc.  So what hinders us from following Quran and Sunnah.!!!!
